Yes, here we go again. The situation with respect to a month ago is even worse. Today, after about 30 days, it was the second Polsarda workers sit-in outside the airport Olbia Costa Smeralda and the reason is always the same, the right to wages!
We are at 13 September, we addressed the season working at a fast pace and results what are they? We find ourselves with almost two back wages, to shoot three days between July and also the date for the salary of August (in fact this afternoon after the sit-in was made for the missing half of the 14th month).
The bad habit is this: Friday, August 7 after workers we no longer have received communications from the company regarding the economic situation, the unions that sustains us and represents us has been snubbed and this is one of the reasons for the strike today. Can it be so bad asking for our rights? If the cause of all this was largely due to some wealthy clients to that company continue to pay the required services, not only because the administration joins its workers to demand what belongs to both parties?
Customers do not pay to be discarded. This is my personal thought. obvious that certain decisions might affect a good portion of security guards, but I doubt also that there can be a solution! We do not see even a minimal commitment on the part of the company and indeed we are put in near the cross, because we protest to demand what belongs to us.
We must also add that we are still together despite the problem concerns all! We want to wake up? If many of our colleagues do not agree with the group mentioned above because it does not offer any ideas? too easy to say "protest is useless" or "I do not agree to support a sit-in at the airport here "in my opinion are just excuses. Perhaps many people are afraid of ............................... what? mmmah ... you all know that the events held at the airport are not organized to discredit anyone, let alone the Geasar (airport operator) who has always paid the airport services on time! Too bad the cake enough to pay all 200 employees and spends Polsarda. Who is the cause of his ill cry himself without downloading the blame on employees who do not. not we who have created this hardship !!!!!!!! !!!!!!
continue to repeat, I have millions of euro hidden under the mattress, but if I give my approval for a work claims to be paid. Eight hours of service are not a hobby for me, but my duty imposed by this system.

Finally insert the service was broadcast today on Sardinia 5 stars.
